Charlotte has so much to offer and I’m happy to share it with those of you who have found my blog. As a realtor, I often have clients ask me what there is to do in Charlotte on the weekends. Growing up in the Charlotte area, it has been exciting to see the growth of options available to Charlotte residents for fun on the weekends. There is usually some kind of fun festival or event going on every weekend in or around the Charlotte area. Today we are focusing on the food and drink festivals happening in the next month so you are never left hungry or thirsty. Here are four festivals coming up in the next four weekends for you to check out.
Beer Me Brew Fest April 19, 2015
This is a 21+ event geared toward the craft beer lover. Different local and not so local favorite breweries will be available for patrons to sample all they care to in the time available. This is a great event to attend with friends and sample lots of different beer, much of it made here in Charlotte. Usually many food trucks are also in attendance and if you have not tried out Charlotte’s food trucks, come hungry as they will impress you with their various culinary offerings.

A recommended way to get there is to ride the light rail to the “Bland Street” stop and get of there as parking in that area is often limited.
