End Of Summer Market Trendz

As we slowly approach the end of Summer and hit a few off weeks in the booming real estate market; sellers who have not sold do not fear. Although inventory is slim for the  picking it is even more challenging  now... Meaning the buyers that are out there that want/need to buy will have even less to choose from.  August tends to be a slower month but don't fear once School is back in, vacations are over; Sept, Oct and Nov tend to be very busy months.  Be patient and consult with you Realtor and make sure you are getting weekly updates on market updates.
