It Is Spring Time

Spring is here! So if you are looking to move homes this year, now is the time to get into spring cleaning gear.  Remember less is best in the home.  Put yourself in the buyers shoes is what I always tell my seller clients.  Renting a storage unit and or POD is advisable.  Having it out of the home's attic, closets, crawl spaces, and garage is smart. Buyers need to envision their belongings in the home.  Your Realtor should give you a list of areas to address. From touch up painting, de-cluttering, landscaping, these are just some of the preparation procedures. It might not always bring you more money but it will increase the marketability  and ensure a quicker sale. Always consult a Realtor, you may think you can sell your home on your own but at the end of the day, do you really want that stress on you? There are more moving parts then one knows of, therefore going with an industry professional is always a good call.  Happy selling!!
